Fermented Sour Pickles (Kosher-style dill pickles)

Pickled cucumbers made in the traditional manner of Jewish New York City pickle makers, flavored with generous additions of garlic and dill to a natural salt brine

Fermented Escabeche

A blend of Jalapenos, Carrots, Onions and spices, fermented to spicy perfection.

Sauerkraut

We use a classic recipe for our 'kraut. Cabbage, Caraway seeds and salt, nothing more.

Half-Sour Pickles

Our half-sour pickles have a shorter stay in the brine, and are still crisp and bright green. These pickles are sometimes called "new" dills.

 

Hot and Spicy Fermented Pickles

We doubled up the garlic in these pickles. This tasty treat is guaranteed to keep the vampires away.

 

Sweet & Spicy Pickles

This is our take on a bread and butter pickle. Sweetened with honey for a hint of sweetness, but not too much.

Escabeche Pickles

Fermented cucumbers with a jalapeño kick! These pickles are brined with the jalapeño and oregano flavor profile of our fermented escabeche. Barrio Brinery's Escabeche Pickles have the spicy flavor you didn't know you were craving.

Primo Nacho’s Pickled Jalapeños (coming soon)
